1. End of Season Dinner |
The committee wanted it recorded in the minutes that the end of season dinner and awards evening had been excellent and to formally thank everyone who had been involved in its organisation |

2. Cherwell League Presentation Evening |
As required by the league, Kimble had bought 5 tickets. Unfortunately no one from the committee was able to attend |

3. Treasurer’s Report |
At the end of October the account balance stood at £3,029. This figure took into account the £460 put aside for the bowling machine and the £780 paid for coaching courses. OCA had not yet paid any money for hire of the ground, tea and other refreshments provided by KCC. It was agreed that OCA (via Howard) should be asked for £100. It was noted that the club was still owed money by Bedgrove FC and AR was in discussion with them about how they would raise the money. The club was also owed by Bucks. |

4. Clubmark Accreditation |
BW gave a brief presentation on what was involved in obtaining Clubmark accreditation and the benefits it would bring to the club. It was agreed that it was something that the club wished to pursue and BW agreed to put together a project plan with a view to applying for Clubmark accreditation for 2011. A sub committee would be put together to implement the plan. |

5. Umpires for 2010 |
PS confirmed that our panel umpire provided by Aston Rowant will continue next year. Ron has decided to call it a day. |

6. AGM |
It was agreed that the AGM would be held on Friday 12th February 2010 at the clubhouse. |

7. Christmas & New Year Social Event |
It was agreed that the Committee would organise an evening meal for members and their guests in the New Year |

It was agreed that Alex and Don should be formally thanked for all the hard work that they have done on the ground
